Commercial Insurance - Broker / Account Handler / Executive

KEY REQUIREMENTS:
THE ROLE:
In this position, you'll assist the Directors in managing and growing a varied client portfolio, ensuring compliance with FCA regulations, and delivering quality advice and excellent service to clients. Your core duties will involve maintaining compliance with best practices and protocols, fostering professional client relationships, efficiently handling client queries, supporting commercial renewals, preparing for and attending client meetings, analyzing data for risk management, managing aged debt, and ensuring policy documents are accurate and compliant.
THE CANDIDATE:
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in commercial broking, be Cert CII qualified, proficient in Acturis, and possess strong commercial insight with a proactive attitude toward skill development. We are seeking a professional individual who has proven experience in supporting directors in managing a growing client portfolio, delivering cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring FCA compliance. When building trusted relationships with clients, you will be maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Preferred qualifications include DIP CII or progress towards it, and at least 5 years of commercial broking experience.
