Job Opportunity: Commercial and Intellectual Property Solicitor (4+ years PQE)  

Location: Glasgow 

Overview: 

This is an exciting opportunity to join a progressive, independent law firm that values empowerment, innovation and collaboration. This firm is keen to recruit a dynamic Solicitor to work across a diverse range of commercial contracts, intellectual property and compliance matters, supporting clients across various industries. 

Experience: 

• Minimum of 4 years PQE in commercial law, with proven experience managing and delivering complex cases 
• Expertise in areas such as ICT procurement, outsourcing, SaaS, data protection, IP licensing and brand protection 

Key Tasks: 

• Advising clients on IT contracts, data sharing, security compliance and e-commerce strategies 
• Supporting clients with intellectual property matters, including trademarks, patents and copyright issues 
• Delivering training sessions and engaging in networking activities to enhance client relationships 

Skills: 

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely 
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for building and maintaining client relationships 
• A proactive and confident approach to managing workloads independently and collaboratively
