Commercial Leasing Agent - Jackson Sims Recruitment Ltd : Job Details

Working within a commercial leasing team you will be responsible for the letting of their vacant commercial properties with a focus on office and healthcare properties. All the properties are within Central London so no driving is required.

Tasks:

Handling enquiries from potential and existing customers

Arranging property viewings

Negotiating the headline terms

Create property details for marketing working alongside other departments when required

Manage online portal listings following up on enquiries

Manage and update the CRM system

Update relevant departments on lease expiries and breaks that are due to come up

Various administrative duties collaborating with the team on a shared goal

Managing key register and tracking of invoices

Assisting with property launches and event management

What you will need:

Experience in the property market

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Ability to create and maintain strong positive relationships with clients and colleagues

Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills

Ability to work to use your own initiative and self driven

Willingness to be office based with regular viewings and inspections taking place

Experience with IT systems and CRM's
