Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commercial Litigation Associate to join their well-regarded team.Role Overview:As a Commercial Litigation Associate, you will play a key role in advising a diverse client base, including high-net-worth individuals, businesses, and multinational corporations, on a wide range of commercial disputes. You will work on high-profile cases in areas such as breach of contract, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, and insolvency, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial litigation matters, ensuring timely and effective delivery of client services.
• Provide expert legal advice to clients on a wide range of commercial disputes.
• Draft pleadings, applications, and other legal documents.
• Liaise directly with clients, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the litigation process.
• Represent clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and settlement discussions.
• Work closely with partners and senior associates on strategic case planning and issue resolution.
• Assist in business development activities, including client relationship management, presentations, and marketing efforts.
• Stay up to date with relevant case law and industry trends, applying insights to cases.

Required Skills and Experience:

• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years PQE in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
• Solid experience handling a wide range of commercial disputes, including but not limited to breach of contract, partnership disputes, and professional negligence.
• A proven track record of managing complex cases with minimal supervision.
• Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
• The ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• A proactive and client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
• Experience of business development and contributing to the growth of the practice would be advantageous.
