A leading Commercial Litigation team in Scotland is seeking a Senior Solicitor or Associate (2-6 years' PQE) to join its Aberdeen office, due to continued organic growth.

In this role you will develop experience in Commercial Dispute Resolution, Litigation, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Arbitration, with involvement in landmark cases in the Supreme Court, Court of Session and Sheriff Court, with scope for involvement in international Arbitrations.

The high-quality Client base of this team is varied, but there is a particular focus on Corporates in the Energy sector.

Although mainly focused on Scots Law governed Disputes, this team also deals with English governed Disputes, which could be a fantastic avenue to explore if dual-qualification is something you are keen on.
