• Managing disclosure
• Drafting statements of case
• Witness proofing
• Conducting research and legal analysis
• Preparing for trial

Key qualifications include:

• 1-2 years of post-qualification commercial litigation experience
• Admission as a solicitor in England and Wales (or the ability to practice without sponsorship)
• Strong research and writing skills
• Excellent academic track record
