Great opportunity to join a niche private practice with a stellar reputation and an impressive client base to boot is expanding and has an immediate opening for an experienced Solicitor to join them.Your work is varied and interesting and will include matters such as debt recovery, property disputes and commercial litigation.There is great flexibility on offer here, you can either work full time, part time or other flexible hours as agreed and depending on your level of post qualifying experience you will be able to work some of the time from home after an initial settling in period. You will be well supported but have autonomy to run your own caseload and there is the opportunity to progress. Ideally you shall have a minimum of 3 years' post qualifying experience in commercial litigation including the above areas of law. You will be someone who has exceptional drafting and communication skills and be familiar with case management systems. You will receive a competitive salary and pension scheme and after a successful probationary period be included in a generous bonus scheme.The emphasis here really is on work/life balance and the quality of work you will have is first class. I'm also keen to speak with individuals who have solid civil litigation experience and who are now looking to make the move into commercial matters.
