Commercial Manager - North East Region - Care UK Residential : Job Details

The role: To provide commercial partnering and support to Regional Directors (RDs) and their operational teams to ensure business delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Present key performance messages at operations meetings
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting activity for multiple regions
• Support of the month end review
• Identify performance risks and opportunities and support the planning and delivery of either mitigation / recovery or realisation
• Drive business performance through the continuing commercial guidance and coaching of operational teams

What We're Looking For:

• Experience within a similar role
• Previous experience of management accounts
• Strong analytical skills with big data sets.
• Willing to travel and living close to North East Region
