Your new companyYou will be joining a high-profile and established main contractor with a proven track record in delivering complex and high-value projects within the water industry. Due to continued success and significant growth, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join their team.Your new roleAs Commercial Manager, you will be based out of their Birmingham office and be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Effectively managing operational efficiency and change, identifying areas for improvement
• Supporting with framework and bid submission packs
• Assessing and reporting on commercial aspects of project performance
• Ensuring monthly commercial reports are accurately completed
• Managing relationships with both internal and external project stakeholders
• Efficiently managing costs and budgets.

What you'll need to succeedIn order to be successful, you will have:

• Working knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 forms of contract
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Professional membership (e.g. RICS, ICE)
• Full UK driving licence.
