Working closely with the Co-Founder and supported by a skilled team, this role offers you the opportunity to play a pivotal role in the company’s continued growth.
About the Role:
As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of commercial finance clients. You will handle the full process from initial client engagement to securing and completing deals, working on a variety of financing solutions. Your focus will be on Commercial Finance, building and maintaining relationships with clients, lenders, and stakeholders while ensuring the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and guide them through the entire commercial mortgage process
- Structure and present suitable finance solutions based on client needs and objectives
- Negotiate terms with lenders to secure favourable deals for clients
- Handle commercial finance cases including but not limited to commercial mortgages, bridging loans, and development finance
- Generate business and work with a ready-made lead source provided by the firm
- Collaborate closely with the Co-Founders and wider team to help shape business strategy
- Stay updated on market trends and industry regulations to ensure compliance and the delivery of best-in-class service
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial property finance, with a strong track record of success in arranging commercial mortgages.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse sectors
- Strong understanding of various commercial finance products and the ability to tailor solutions to client needs
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for exceeding expectations
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong relationship-building skills, both with clients and lending partners
