As a Commercial Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for new guest acquisition through commercial partnerships channels, including direct commercial partnerships, OTAs (online travel agents), Meta-search and Affiliates.

What will you be doing?

  • Identify new partner opportunities and routes to market to grow our brand reach.
  • Generate targeted, high-converting traffic to our website.
  • Deliver incremental volume through partnerships with metasearch providers, online travel agents (OTAs), media publications, affiliates and other partners.
  • Ensuring that all activity complies with relevant guidance and regulations, including the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) on the use of cookies, as well as the CAP Code.
  • Managing and optimising the partnership budget, looking across each type of partner to identify both savings and investment opportunities.
  • Working closely with our Brand & Campaigns team, as well our affiliate network, meta-search technology and directly with partners to provide and execute on partnership plans that are integrated with overall activity.
  •  As required, assisting Head of Digital Acquisition in managing wider paid media activity and digital marketing agency.

What are we looking for?

  •  In-depth knowledge of commercial partnerships channels including direct partner, affiliates, meta-search and OTAs.
  • Strong Google Analytics 4 skills.
  • Extensive experience of managing partnership activity for medium to large businesses.
  • Solid writing skills with strong attention to detail (for writing and reviewing ad copy).
  • Extensive experience of managing partnership activity for medium to large businesses.
  • This role is the lead for partnerships so needs to be confident in representing it in key meetings and conversations.
