Sacco Mann are recruiting for a fantastic opportunity at a National and Top 50 UK law firm based in Leeds. The firm are looking to bring a Commercial Property Chartered Legal Executive into their Real Estate team to work with their established client base and provide a top-level service.

Joining the busy Real Estate team, you will be working with both public and private sector clients ranging from major retailers, regional developers, local authorities and healthcare providers. You will be managing your own caseload of real estate matters including investment, acquisition and disposal, development work and real estate finance. You will draft and prepare various real estate documents and liaise with internal and external parties.

Our client is wanting to see applications from qualified Chartered Legal Executives with experience within a Real Estate team. The firm is committed to further development of the team and therefore any experience of supervising and developing more junior members would be desirable.
