Commercial Property Lawyer - Ashville Knight : Job Details

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove. The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.

Duties will include:

• Managing a mixed caseload.
• Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
• Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations.
• Drafting various legal documentation.
• Dealing with complex property matters.
• Active involvement in business development.

The successful candidate will:

• Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 4 years of PQE +.
• Ability to manage transactions independently.
• Proven track record of meeting targets.
• Have strong interpersonal skills.
• Business development and networking skills.

• Salary depending on experience £40,000 - £65,000
