My client is a national law firm with a commitment to growth and a strong focus on employee welfare. It is currently seeking a Commercial Property Legal Assistant to join the dynamic team in Bedford.

The Role

In this position, the successful candidate will support a team of commercial property solicitors with a variety of tasks, including:

• Assisting with the preparation and management of legal documents and contracts
• Conducting legal research and due diligence
• Liaising with clients and other parties involved in transactions
• Managing correspondence and files efficiently
• Providing general administrative support to the team

You

You will ideally possess:

• A minimum of 6 months of experience in a similar role within commercial property
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
• A proactive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
