Commercial Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant

Full-time, office based

Long Established High Street Firm, Seeking Commercial Property Enthusiast!

Traditional High Street firm, offering an opportunity to work closely with an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor on a range of commercial conveyancing matters including sales and purchases of commercial premises, leases, renewals and related work and general landlord and tenant work too.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in commercial conveyancing
• A confident and professional telephone manner to handle client and third-party enquiries
• Strong audio and copy typing skills
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and preferably Excel
