We are in search of a Commercial Legal Assistant to provide outstanding administrative support within our legal team. The successful candidate will be adept at handling client matters, conducting legal research, and drafting legal documents.
It is essential that the suitable candidate has strong experience working in a legal secretary and commercial back ground before.

Day to Day of the Role:
- Provide high-standard administrative support to the legal team.
- Deal with client matters appropriately, working closely with the team.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents as required.
- Prepare files for billing and assist with the billing process.
- Screen incoming calls and manage correspondence, including mail, emails, and messages.
- Offer professional, efficient, and empathetic service to clients, especially those going through difficult processes.
- Adhere to LEXCEL & Investors in People standards and the Law Society’s requirements.
- Understand and comply with the Solicitors Accounts Rules regarding client funds.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Essential experience in legal work and drafting legal documents.
- Ability to remain calm, polite, and focused under various circumstances.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to build relationships and work collaboratively across all levels of the organisation.
- Familiarity with the requirements of the Solicitors Accounts Rules.
