Commercial Property Litigation Solicitor - Locum - RLS Legal Recruitment : Job Details

Location: Remote or hybrid remote working assignment (firm's offices are based in Devon/Somerset)

Contract Type: Immediate Locum Assignment for circa initial 3 months

Rate: Circa £40 - £50 per hour DOE

• Top 200 UK law firm seeking urgent locum support

• Can offer 100% remote working arrangement, although preference for some on site attendance if possible

• Busy and quality commercial property litigation caseload.

• Proven expertise in commercial property disputes, including cases involving the following:-

• • • Breach of lease
    • Rent arrears claims
    • Forfeiture
    • Disputes over breach of covenant
    • Dilapidation claims
    • Adverse possession claims
    • Party wall and boundary disputes
    • Easements and rights of way disputes

• Ability to manage complex, varied caseload independently

• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills

• Full time hours preference, but can be flexible
