Job Title: Commercial Property Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: 5 days in the office

About the company: A leading national law firmRole overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Commercial Property team on a permanent basis to assist on plot sales and post completion tasks. The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors on a broad range of property transactions as well as building their own caseload.

Key responsibilities:

• Work on high volume property sales, handling both shared ownership and outright sales;
• Post completion including dealing with requisitions;
• Assist in relation to stair casing matters and residential acquisitions and disposals;
• Manage a large number of deadlines relating to a variety of transactions at any one time;
• Legal research

Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have previous real estate paralegal experience, in particular dealing with plot sales and post completion.
