Commercial Property Partner - Plummer Search : Job Details

Role Summary

A West End law firm in London is actively looking to recruit a Partner into its established commercial property team.

This is a succession planning role due to an impending partner retirement. A following is desirable and would be reflected in a salary package but is not essential.

The firm in question are happy to consider both current partners seeking a lateral move and senior commercial property lawyers look to step up to partnership. While this is a salaried partner role there are legitimate equity options in future.

The caseload will cover: investments, developments, asset management, landlord and tenant matters (commercial leases), property finance, and light HNW residential property.

The firm in question are supportive, progressive and stable. You will get exposure to some high quality commercial real estate deals acting for entrepreneurial clients in a supportive and down to earth setting.

Experience Required

• Be a UK qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 8 years PQE
