The Role:

• Handling a broad range of commercial property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, development projects, and secured lending.
• Acting for landlords, tenants, investors, developers, and lenders across various industries.
• Managing files from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring a seamless process for clients.
• Advising clients on property finance, land agreements, and complex title issues.
• Engaging in business development and networking to strengthen client relationships and grow the firm's commercial property offering.

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years’ PQE in commercial property law.
• Confident in managing a full and varied caseload independently.
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client care and negotiation skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
• Experience in mentoring junior staff or a desire to take on leadership responsibilities.
