A COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR is sought after to join this forward thinking, innovative practice based in their Newport office. This high street law firm has an excellent reputation with its clients and colleagues.

The firm offer a wide range of legal services, including residential and commercial conveyancing, criminal law, family law, employment law, and wills & probate.

Key criteria:

• Qualified Lawyer (All Levels).
• Commercially aware and technically very able across a wide area of commercial real estate matters.
• Strategically and commercially aware.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, clear written presentation, strong organisational skills, good time management, good initiative and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Team-focused with a flexible and collaborative approach to working with others, but also able to work alone on own initiative.
• Client focused approach - drive, enthusiasm and commitment to providing an excellent client service.
