The Role:

We are seeking motivated Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join our dynamic team in Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will handle a variety of standard commercial property work, offering expert legal advice and support to our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a broad caseload of commercial property transactions.
• Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property law, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development projects.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating property-related documents and agreements.
• Conducting due diligence and property searches.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor/Lawyer, NQ+
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and related legal principles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload and work effectively under pressure.
• Proactive and client-focused approach.
