Our client, a leading firm representing clients in the energy, property, and renewable sectors, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Property Solicitor to join their collaborative department in Aberdeen or Inverness office.

The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial property, though we also welcome applications from those with a residential conveyancing background looking for a career change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements
• Landlord and tenant leasing and management documentation and managing transactions related to hotels, restaurants, retail, and leisure sectors.
• Site acquisition and assembly for house builders
• Handling renewable energy projects such as battery storage, wind turbines, solar, and hydro-electric developments

Individual:

• NQ- 4 years PQE+ Scottish Qualified Solicitor.
• Dynamic individual with experience in commercial property law, although applicants with a background in residential conveyancing considered.
• Effectively manage varied workloads while maintaining a high standard of service
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail
• Have strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
