A well-established, Lexcel-accredited firm in Kent is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join its dynamic property team.

Role Requirements:

• Experience: Proficient in managing a busy caseload of commercial property files, including advising on commercial leases, handling disposals and acquisitions, working on landlord and tenant matters, and overseeing secured lending transactions
• Skills: Strong supervisory abilities, business development acumen, and excellent client care skills
