Commercial Property Solicitor - Law Support : Job Details

An established law firm in York is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to work closely with the Head of Commercial Property. This role offers the opportunity to engage with a broad range of clients, from owner-occupiers to large landlords, institutional lenders, and small to medium-sized businesses. The successful candidate will manage a variety of commercial property matters, supporting clients across different sectors.

You must have a strong background in Commercial Property law, ideally with 10-15 years PQE.

Caseload includes

• Sale and purchase of property subject to conditions (including planning)
• Landlord and Tenant matters
• Portfolio management
• Secured Lending
• Corporate support
• Property portfolio financing
