Our client, a well-established and highly respected firm, is looking to expand their Commercial Property team and is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join them. About the Role:As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a diverse caseload of commercial property transactions, including lease agreements, acquisitions, disposals, and development projects. You will work closely with a wide range of clients, including property developers, businesses, and investors, providing expert legal advice in this thriving sector. What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Solicitor (ideally 3+ years PQE) with experience in Commercial Property law
• Strong understanding of property transactions, leases, and development projects
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• A proactive and driven individual who is keen to progress within the firm
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
