Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with a private background in Commercial Property investment?

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established Local Authority in the North West.

My client is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor on a full-time, remote basis, for a rolling period of 3 months. Office presence is ideally required once a week.

Key Duties:

• Dealing with Commercial Leases and Commercial Property investment.
• Handling Landlord and Tenant matters.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or lawyer.
• A background in private practice is deemed attractive but is not essential.
