Our client, a prestigious law firm renowned for its excellence and client-centric approach, is seeking a dynamic and experienced solicitor to join their thriving team. This is your chance to work with a firm that values innovation, professional growth, and a collaborative work environment.

We are looking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor, ideally with 3-5 years PQE to work directly with the Head of Commercial and Partner. You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, ensuring that all transactions are managed efficiently and effectively.

Location: Solihull

Salary: £55,000 - £60,000

Full time, Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:00 with an hour for lunch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of commercial property files from instruction to completion.
• Advising clients on the acquisition, disposal, and leasing of commercial properties.
• Drafting and negotiating contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
• Conducting due diligence, including property searches and title investigations.
• Providing expert legal advice to clients on all aspects of commercial property law.
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the transaction.
• Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Strong knowledge of commercial property transactions and related legal issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines.
• High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in using legal software and IT systems.
