An opportunity has arisen for a 2+ PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a leading Manchester law firm with a strong reputation in the commercial property market.
This role is ideal for someone looking to specialise in Landlord & Tenant matters while still gaining exposure to a broad range of commercial property work. You’ll be joining a firm known for its high-quality work, strong client relationships and supportive team environment.
The Role:
- Handling a range of landlord & tenant work, including lease negotiations, lease renewals, licences and asset management for landlords and tenants
- Supporting clients on investment property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals and portfolio management
- Advising on property aspects of corporate transactions and secured lending work
- Working closely with partners and Senior Solicitors, while also having the autonomy to run your own matters
- Engaging directly with clients, including SMEs, property investors and high-net-worth individuals
About you:
- A qualified Solicitor with at least 2 years’ PQE in commercial property
- Experience in landlord & tenant matters is desirable
- A solid grounding in wider commercial property transactions
- Strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting client relationships
- A proactive, commercially minded approach to work
