Commercial Property Solicitor – 10+ Years PQE | Solihull

Our longstanding and reputable client in Solihull is expanding its dynamic Commercial Property Team.

This firm is seeking a highly experienced Commercial Property Solicitor (10+ years’ PQE) who is ambitious and proactive. You should be seeking career progression, professional growth and exposure to a wide range of commercial property matters! 

The Role:

• Acting for both landlords and tenants in lease-related transactions
• Handling commercial property sales and acquisitions
• Drafting property-related legal documents
• Working alongside our corporate team on property aspects of asset/share transactions
• Advising on Landlord and Tenant Act 1954 matters
• Managing commercial property re-mortgaging Supporting small-scale developers in land acquisition and new-build sales

About You:

• 10+ years PQE in commercial property law, confident in managing all aspects of transactions
• Proven ability to work independently and efficiently, handling high-value and complex cases
• Excellent communication skills – our clients value personal, regular updates throughout transactions
