• Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and contracts related to commercial real estate transactions.
• Conducting legal research and due diligence for property transactions.
• Communicating effectively with clients and other professionals involved in property deals.
• Keeping accurate records and managing files for all property transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company policies.
• Supporting the legal team in preparing for and during property litigation proceedings.
• Organising and maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date legal library.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the department's systems and processes.

Profile

A successful Commercial Real Estate Paralegal should have:

• A law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Commercial Property Paralegal
• Excellent research and analytical skills.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
