Commercial Real Estate Solicitor - Cambridgeshire

Our client is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Solicitor to join a thriving team in Cambridgeshire. This is an exciting opportunity to join a top 50 law firm that offers its clients a full service across multiple offices, working with high-value and high-profile transactions and clients.

The successful Commercial Real Estate Solicitor will ideally offer 1 - 4 years PQE and have previous experience in a similar role.

The role

• Supporting partners and other senior lawyers with a range of high-quality work for key clients on strategic land and development projects
• Working on commercial sales and acquisitions
• Supporting large property companies with their property portfolios
• Commercial Landlord and tenant work
• Investment and asset management
• General commercial and residential property development

Applications are welcome from Commercial Real estate Solicitors with:

• Previous experience in a similar role, offering 1 - 4 years PQE
• A clean and current practising certificate
• Experience acting for banks and borrowers in secured lending matters
• Previous experience of working with high-net-worth matters
