Commercial Sales Consultant

£30,000 plus bonus

Our client is a UK Top 100 Independent broker specialising in the commercial insurance industry with a refreshingly positive perspective on how to win and retain business and offers a lively working environment to match!

Due to rapid growth, they’re looking for numerous sales executives to add to their dynamic and vibrant sales floor. Basic salaries range between £28,000 - £30,000 DOE and uncapped earnings.

Strong motivated sales professionals will absolutely thrive within the business, benefiting from unrivalled commission and bonus structures rewarding hard work and longevity. You will need to have a minimum of 2 years commercial sales experience to be considered for this role.

Given the ambitious yet realistic expansion plans, longer-term progression opportunities may also be available to the right candidate. Your education to become Cert CII qualified insurance specialist will be fully funded and a bonus of £1,000 will be paid on completion.

The Role

• Working on warm sales leads generated by inhouse telemarketing team
• Selling market-leading insurance products to prospective clients
• Retaining repeat business at times through excellent service standards

• Proven track record in exceeding sales targets

• Enthusiastic persona with the desire to succeed

Commission/Bonuses/Benefits

• 8% on all business landed
• Next year at renewal, if the client renews you will earn 8% of the renewal. This sale is conducted by a dedicated renewals team giving you the opportunity to focus on new sales - current retention/ renewal rates are 90% across the business
• Most business sold in a month earns a £250 bonus
• Most business sold in a quarter earns a £500 bonus
• The salesperson of the year wins 2 first class tickets to any destination in the world, 2nd place £2000, 3rd place £1,000.
• Consistency bonus scheme - if you hit target 2 months in a row you earn £100, 3 months £200 and 4 months £750 and you will be paid £750 a month for every month that you hit afterwards.
