Commercial Solicitor - Associate/Senior AssociateCommercial & IT | Permanent | Full-time | GuildfordA leading law firm is seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Solicitor to join its highly regarded Commercial & Technology practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a top-ranked team, recognised by Legal 500 and Chambers UK, working on a diverse range of high-quality commercial and technology projects.The RoleThe successful candidate will work on a broad spectrum of commercial contracts and advisory matters, particularly within IT and digital business. Key areas of work include:

• Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including competition, consumer law, data protection, and franchising matters.
• Advising clients across various sectors, with a particular focus on insurance, life sciences, retail, franchising, and technology.
• Engaging with an impressive client base, including in-house legal teams, multinationals, FTSE 100 companies, well-known brands, and entrepreneurs.
• Supporting clients with cross-border matters, reflecting the firm's significant international focus.

Qualifications and ExperienceCandidates should have:

• At least 3 years' PQE with strong academic credentials.
• High-quality experience in commercial law, IT, competition, or regulatory work.
• Excellent technical, communication, and negotiation skills, with a commercial mindset.
• A team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
