Are you an experienced Commercial Solicitor who is looking for a new challenge in your career? The role comes with flexibility to combine working remotely from home/office based.

You will be handling a quality caseload including drafting/reviewing/negotiating a range of commercial agreements, IT, software licensing and outsourcing agreements. Experience in intellectual property, trademarks and design is also desired.
