We manage approximately 17,000 homes. The Communal Energy Manager will be responsible for ensuring our responsibilities in relation to the management of Heat Networks are delivered and we are compliant with relevant legislation and regulations relating to:
- Tariff setting and Billing services
- Heat Network Regulations
- Gas Compliance
- Energy Efficiency
- Decarbonisation Strategy
You will lead on our metering and billing provisions for our customers developing and embedding our long-term strategy and be responsible for contract delivery in this area. It’s a varied and challenging role with a number of well-defined KPIs and Service Level Agreements to deliver in a high-profile area of the business. The role will sit within The Riverside Group’s Asset Management department and requires close working relationships with colleagues across the organisation.About youWe are looking for someone with
- Contract management experience including experience of building and maintaining relationships. with contractors and stakeholders/customers to continually improve the service.
- Working knowledge of the UK Energy industry operation and billing.
- Experience of managing communal heating systems and compliance.
