Role OverviewThis is a great opportunity to develop your communications skills in a supportive and ambitious environment, working for the financial security of millions of low and moderate income households. The main part of this role supports the Nest Insight communications programme, with the remainder providing broader administrative and operational support to the Managing Director and the wider Nest Insight team.This role will suit someone who will be the ‘glue’ of the team, able to support a range of communications activities and with a strong customer and audience focus.You will have:
- Experience or familiarity with communications or campaigning in your professional background or via volunteer or extra-curricular activities.
- An interest and proven existing commitment to developing as a communications professional.
- Strong ability to work accurately and collaboratively, and to manage multiple tasks
- Experience of providing effective administrative support.
In addition, you may have the following desirable attributes:
- Interest and understanding of public policy
- Experience of any of the following communications specialisms in a professional or volunteer capacity: events management, social media, website management
