Job Description :

Morgan McKinley is looking for an experienced Communications & Event Marketing Administrator to work for a lovely company based in East Grinstead. The Communications & Marketing Administrator will be working on a hybrid basis and be part of a great Marketing and Events team. The Communications Events Administrator will support PR / press events, events admin, communications admin support, purchasing, organising the trips and invoicing, monitoring budgets etc.

Salary: up to £29K

Location: East Grinstead, West Sussex - hybrid, 3 days office

Hours: 9-5 Mon-Fri

Communications Administrator duties:

  • Provide administrative support in developing, updating and maintaining routine press releases and media support material
  • Support PR Manager with sponsorship partnerships and evaluation
  • Provide support in arranging hotel and travel bookings
  • Collate weekly team performance figures with respect to revenue streams
  • Support the events team with organising event logistics, suppliers etc
  • Monitor and collate PO's against invoices etc
  • Provide admin support to the marketing, events and communications team
  • Support with social media updates

Skills and experience:

  • Experience working in a similar support function, supporting a marketing / PR / events / communications team
  • Highly organised and attention to details
  • Excellent IT skills
