Community Centre Key Holder

- Salary: £13.15 per hour
- Job Type: 3-month contract
- Part time according to timetable
- Must be available to do flexi hours over the weekend
We are excited to be recruiting a dedicated individual for one of the biggest social housing associations in the UK, as a Community Centre Key Holder. This role is crucial for providing access to our community spaces and ensuring their effective operation.
Day to Day of the role:
- Opening and closing community centres for hirers and their guests.
- Ensuring customer compliance and support during events.
- Reporting repairs and maintenance issues promptly.
- Preparing premises for hirers or event organisers and clearing equipment post-events.
- Undertaking light cleaning tasks, rubbish disposal, and providing access to contractors as needed.
- Handling cash for security deposits when required.
- Demonstrating health, safety, and fire procedures to hirers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A flexible approach to work, with the ability to work as and when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to maintain high performance standards.
- The capacity to work independently without close supervision.
- Applicants must be residents living in Lambeth.
- A standard DBS check will be completed upon employment offer.
