Band 6 Community Occupational Therapist Locum role

• Start ASAP - 3 Months (Ongoing)
• Based in Lichfield/Burton
• This Band 6 role is for the Integrated Community Occupational Therapy Team - Adult Social Care
• The role is to work Mon - Fri 8-4 for 12 weeks
• Applicants would benefit from having worked in a social care Occupational Therapy role previously or have experience of the community setting.
• The Team supports adults within their own homes where the primary need is physical disability with long-term health conditions.
