The Role We are looking for a dedicated Registered Manager for our community-based services in the East Midlands. You will work closely with our Adult Specialist Care Division leadership team comprising the Service Director, and Associate Director of Nursing to lead and uphold high standards of care and governance.
As the Registered Manager, you will be legally responsible for ensuring compliance with the Health and Social Care Act and Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulations. Your role will be crucial in driving service excellence, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and maintaining high governance standards to achieve outstanding CQC ratings.
About the Services
Winslow: Located in Bestwood village, Nottinghamshire, Winslow is a non-hospital residential service with six self-contained apartments. Each resident is supported to develop independent living skills while engaging with the local community.
Broom: Situated in Stonebroom, Derbyshire, Broom Cottage provides personal care and support for up to five adults with learning disabilities or autism, including those with sensory disabilities, epilepsy, and behaviours that challenge. Residents receive comprehensive support with all aspects of daily living.

About You: We are seeking an experienced leader with a strong track record in managing services regulated by CQC and driving high-quality governance standards. You will be passionate about delivering excellent person-centred care and committed to achieving a CQC rating of ‘Good’ or above. You will have significant experience in inspiring, empowering, and developing both clinical and non-clinical teams. Ideally, you will have experience working within Learning Disability services and the drive to further develop our services in this area. You will thrive in a role that challenges you to lead change, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver outstanding care.
