Community Registered Nurse (RGN) - Band 5 - In the Cheshire Area - MedicsPro : Job Details

MedicsPro are seeking experienced Community Registered Nurses (RGN) - Band 5 with recent NHS experience to work at Macclesfield District General Hospital. Shift pattern is Monday- Sunday, 09.00am -17.00pm.

Job Requirements:

• Right to work in the UK
• Current registration with the (NMC)
• Current upto date references- covering the previous 3 years.
• Car Driver- with a valid UK driving licence
• BLS or ILS (Anyone band 6 & Above)

Preferable Experience:

• Minimum 1 year recent UK experience working within an NHS community based setting

Qualifications:

• Completed Adult Nursing Degree

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and dispense medication safely and accurately.
• Provide clear guidance and support to patients and their families regarding care and treatment plans.
• Manage patient documentation and compile accurate medical records.
• Perform routine procedures, including taking samples, monitoring vital signs such as pulses, temperatures, and blood pressures.
• Actively listen to patients to understand their needs and symptoms.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective care plans, regularly evaluating their success.
