Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team, working with children in the Warrington area. This role is ideal for someone who has experience in supporting the needs of children and accompanying them to social activities. The successful candidate will have at least 6 months of experience working in a similar role within the UK.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide support to children with diverse needs, ensuring their comfort and safety at all times.
- Accompany children to various social activities, providing support and encouragement.
- Assist in the development and implementation of support plans.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, families and professionals to deliver high-quality care and support.
- Monitor and report on the children’s progress and any significant changes in their condition.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Support Worker in the UK.
- Strong understanding of the needs of children.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of the children.
