This role offers a unique opportunity to take ownership of the finance function in a growing company, with the potential to develop and lead a dedicated finance team.Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts and detailed financial reports
• Management of cash flow to ensure robust financial health
• Overseeing credit control processes, including weekly reconciliations and client communication
• Ensuring compliance with tax, VAT, CIS, and financial reporting standards
• Mentoring and developing the finance team to drive exceptional performance
• Maintaining strong relationships with external advisors and financial partners

What We’re Looking For:

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or qualified by experience (QBE)
• Proven experience in management accounting, ideally within the construction sector
• Proficiency in financial systems such as Sage 50, Excel, and Power BI
• Strong understanding of the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS)
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive leadership style
