My client is looking for an experienced management accountant of finance business partner candidate that is looking to put their own imprint on an important role within a growing company.

Michael Page are actively working with a long standing client, who are searching for a Company Accountant to join their team in Scunthorpe on a permanent basis. My client is looking for an experienced management accountant of finance business partner candidate that is looking to put their own imprint on an important role within a growing company. My client is an established business within their industry, and are well known for their investment in their employees, and company culture.

Description

• VAT returns, bank postings and credit card reconciliations
• Nominal/general ledger accounts and journals
• Profit and Loss Statements and analysis
• Stock control and costings
• Full responsibility for monthly management accounts
• Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger maintenance
• Full control of transactional finance duties

Profile

• Have gained relevant experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Sage is preferred but not essential
• A comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to provide financial insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Offer

• Salary up to £48,000
• Opportunity to move to a hybrid working model after a fully office based probation period
