Our client is recruiting a company accountant to join their SME organisation on initially a temporary basis to cover maternity leave. This is a 6-12 month temporary contract.

Client Details

Our client is a £10m T/O company based in Nottingham, near J26 of the M1.

Description

Maintain and update accurate financial records, including transactions, invoices, receipts, and payments.

Manage both accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely payments and collections.

Accounts to trial balance.

Stock valuation.

VAT returns.

Profile

The successful candidate will have a background in accounts, preferably within an SME environment, and be available on 2 weeks notice or less.

Job Offer

A salary of £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience

This is an office based role with no home working
