They offer a full range of legal services with a team that includes STEP, SFE, ACTAPS certified professionals, and a court-appointed Panel Duty.The RoleReporting to the Supervising Partner, the successful candidate should be primarily experienced in acquisitions and disposals, but also have working knowledge of commercial agreements, partnership agreements, shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, company formations, company restorations and company secretarial duties.
