Company & Commercial Solicitor – Hull

A well-established East Yorkshire firm is looking for a talented Company & Commercial Solicitor to join its Hull office.

The Role:

• Advise a diverse client base, from local businesses to national corporations
• Handle a range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, banking and funding and general corporate work
• Work within a highly regarded team known for its exceptional client service and strong client retention

About You:

• A qualified Solicitor or CILEX-accredited professional
• Experience in M&A, banking and funding and corporate transactions is preferred
• A commitment to delivering outstanding client service
