What do the team do?

The Compliance team provides a range of internal technical and administrative support to the wider business, as well as undertaking some client facing responsibilities too e.g. Company Secretarial.

In this particular role you will provide support on the administration of Company Secretarial work for clients.

What will I be doing?

As a Company Secretarial Assistant you will have ownership of the following tasks:

  • Updating statutory registers (maintained on company secretarial software).
  • Drafting forms for Companies House.
  • Drafting minutes of meetings and resolutions (from templates).
  • Submitting forms to Companies House.
  • Liaising with internal managers and clients where required.
  • Liaising and supporting the compliance team with ad hoc Company Secretarial work.

What experience do I need?

Whilst having the following experience is advantageous, we value passion and potential. If you meet the minimum criteria listed below and are eager to develop yourself, we would love to hear from you:

  • Prior experience of drafting company secretarial forms, minutes and resolutions (minimum criteria).
  • Proven ability to undertake tasks that require accuracy and strong attention to detail (minimum criteria).
  • Experience of working within the professional services sector is preferred.
  • Experience of using a company secretarial software package is preferred.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office packages.
