Company Secretary

• Location: Northolt, West London
• Reporting to: Chief Finance Officer
• Salary: £42.5K-£50K per annum
• Type: Full time, Onsite (not hybrid/remote)

Dovetail and Slate are recruiting on behalf of a leading education provider based in Northolt.

• Ensure the company follow all legal and financial rules, making sure the company stays in line with regulations.
• Support senior leaders in making informed decisions about corporate governance and compliance.
• Ensure company's records are well-organised, accurate, and meet high standards of confidentiality.

• Assist in setting up new entities in the UK and internationally to expand operations smoothly.
• Handle and manage all required regulatory filings and documentation.
• Work closely with auditors to make sure annual filings are on time and meet auditing requirements.
• Support mergers and acquisitions by coordinating due diligence processes and verifying important details.
• Keep company records and official documents organised and up-to-date.
• Provide senior leaders with advice on legal and governance requirements to help them make better business decisions.
• Ensure that data privacy policies are followed to protect sensitive information under GDPR.
• Develop and monitor practices to reduce data breaches, ensuring the company complies with data protection laws.

• Company Secretary experience
• Law degree, or equivalent (Desired)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
